Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the weightlifting gear or accessories you wish to return.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble your equipment and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original heavy-duty REP packaging to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger racks.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
